This benefit allows us to pre-arrange comps, obtain & offer non published casino hotel rates as well as accurately qualify & verify a guest through & under the license of the Nevada Gaming Control Board.

Complimentaries

Casino complimentaries or Comps are rewards offered to casino customers for their gaming activity at the table and slot machines and sometimes poker and sportsbook/racebook. Caesars Entertainment also rewards you for any retail purchases at any of our many Caesars Entertainment properties in Las Vegas. Yes, that includes dinners and shows.

The reason the casino gives you a special rating card to present to "pit supervisors" and for slot players to insert into the machines is so you can develop a gaming profile and get comps.

Personnel monitor the games you play, cash or marker buy in, average bets, length of time you play and win/loss.  For slots players, the number and denomination of coins and number of pulls is tracked by the machine.  For this information the casino uses a formula to detemine a "Theoretical Win" and your comp worth.

Casino executives know they can reimburse players a predetermined percentage of the "Theoretical Win" and still have it be cost effective for them to keep you as a customer. Typically, win/loss is not a determining factor in extending complimentaries.

Casino complimentary reimbursements can be in the form of discounted or free rooms, food and beverage consideration, admission to shows and even limousine and airline ticket payments.

Some casinos now have Comp Banks" for the storage of extra or unused "Theoretical Win" points.  These can be extracted to purchase merchandise, use for dining credits, show tickets, etc. and are sometimes transportable to 'sister' properties.

ALWAYS use your player card to obtain all you deserve.

Q. What is your fee for your Casino Connection USA services?

A. Your Fee is Free if you are a qualifying casino player. Non Qualifying customers the booking fee of $24.95 per booked room covers your entire trip. Fee is not charged to customer if he/she qualifies on the actual trip. Customer will only be charged booking fee if he/she does not qualify on that particular trip. Our normal savings per trip is over $125.00 per room on average for non qualifying customers.

Once again Our fee is free for the players that wish to qualify or are currently a qualified/rated player(s).

If I am not a casino games player, can we use your services?

We offer a retail program for low gamers or non gamers exclusively through Caesars Entertainment / Harrah's Entertainment. Your VIP status is valid if you use Casino Connection USA to make your accomodations.  Your "Caesars Entertainment / Harrah's Total Reward Card" is your tracking system for complimentary points

Casino Connection USA will be able to get you a fantastic room rate and help with many other travelers services. Las Vegas show tickets, Live Concert tickets or events at the Thomas and Mack/ UNLV sporting events just to mention a few. City or personal casino tour guide services are available with pricing based on individual request.

Suggested Gratuities

Las Vegans are here to serve you. If you’re pleased with the service you receive, a small tip is customary.

• A tip of 15 to 20 percent is the norm when food or drink is served.
• Hotel personnel – $1 to $2 a bag is customary.
• Dealers and slot attendants – a small bet is the standard reward.
• Showroom maitre d’s – For venues without assigned seating, a tip of $5 to $20 will ensure desired seating.
• Taxi drivers/tour guides – taxi drivers usually receive $1 to $2; tour guides receive $1 to $2 per person.
• Valet – $2 is the usual tip.
• Maid – a $2 tip per day is customary.
